Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, we are first-come, first-served. To hold a place you need to apply, be approved, and sign the lease agreement and pay the administration fee and/or first month’s rent. -
Who needs to apply?
All occupants over the age of 18 years old must apply to be considered. -
Who needs a cosigner?
If you do not meet our requirements, then you must have a co-signer who meets these criteria also apply and sign the lease agreement. -
How do I pay rent?
Log on to the Resident Portal to pay online, check payment status and view payment history. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Please email us at office@ranymanagement.com with your intentions and to obtain written approval, if applicable. You will also be responsible for any pet fees and/or damage caused by the pet. -
I want to sublease. What do I do?
It is your responsibility to sublease your apartment if you choose to vacate prior to the lease end date. Please notify the office of your intentions by emailing office@ranymanagement.com. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Please notify the office of our intentions by emailing office@ranymanagement.com and hand-deliver all building/unit/mailbox keys to our office in an envelope with your name and address. Our office address is 1931 W. Montrose, Chicago, IL 60613.
