Please note that emergencies are defined as the following:

• No heat
• No water
• Uncontrolled water leak causing damage (i.e. burst pipe)

We love having you as a resident, and we’d love to have your friends live here too. When you refer someone to any Rany Management building and they sign a 12 month lease (or longer), you’ll earn a $250 Referral Bonus when they move in!

To earn the Referral Bonus, the new resident must indicate they were referred by you on their initial contact with Rany Management which may be via phone, email or office visit. Only one referral rebate is eligible to be paid out per rented apartment, regardless of the size of the apartment or number of occupants.

Referral Bonuses will be deducted from your rent the first month the new resident moves into their new apartment, and all new occupants may not currently live in any Rany Management properties. Referral Bonuses will not be paid out via cash or check. Not applicable for roomates, sublets, or transfers.
